We are changing our name to Liberty Utilities.
2011 was a transformational year for our company as we expanded our operations to include natural gas and electricity. Liberty Utilities better reflects the diverse utilities we operate and our new name allows us to offer expanded and improved services in the communities where we live and serve.
While we may be growing, we remain committed to providing exceptional service - delivered locally.
Will Liberty Utilities now be providing electric and gas services to current water and/or wastewater service customers?
At this time, you will continue to only receive water and/or wastewater services from Liberty Utilities. Our expansion into electric service is in the state of California. We will soon expand to Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and New Hampshire.
Does this name change affect me?
Your service will not be affected by this change. We will continue to provide your area with trusted water and wastewater services.
Our Customer Service phone numbers and hours of operation remain unchanged. Our Liberty Water website has been integrated into the larger Liberty Utilities online presence. Over the coming year, you can expect to see significant improvements to our online services.
Our offices, trucks, invoices and signage will all have our new name and logo. You will find the Liberty Utilities identity will continue to represent our core strengths and values of community, family, responsibility, quality, service and care.
Currently in your service area we provide only the water and/or wastewater services.

Liberty Utilities is on the Lookout for Investment Opportunities
Liberty Utilities is actively seeking investment opportunities related to infrastructure facilities such as local water utilities.
Potential investment candidates can include water distribution or wastewater facilities within a regulated area that offer long-term, statistically predictable future cash flows. We will consider opportunities with a risk profile generally consistent with our existing portfolio of assets.
All investment opportunities are required to meet the acquisition guidelines of parent company, Algonquin Power, as established by the Directors and are evaluated on a risk adjusted basis.
