We are proud to offer our customers the ability to learn more about Liberty Utilities (formerly Northern Sunrise Water Company) with information on your local water service, water quality reports, rates and news, as well as online bill payment and access to your account.

Liberty Utilities provides over 350 customers in the Huachuca City area with water distribution services. Our two facilities, located in Huachuca City and Whetstone, Arizona, produce over 252,000 US gallons of clean, safe drinking water per day.

Water Quality Reports are now online

The 2012 Water Quality Reports are now online!
They are located under the "Resources" section of this page. Look to the right of this screen and scroll down.
Customers will receive a paper copy in the June bills. E-bill customers, who did not ask for a paper copy during the last billing cycle, will receive a direct link to the online report during the June billing period. E-bill customers who wish to receive a paper copy can call customer service to request one.
